We are responding to the Global Patrimony Crisis so that no historic church, convent, or monastery should fall into neglect or be lost to closure.

Our Vision

We envision a world where historic Catholic churches, monasteries, and convents —entrusted to the care of the Church — are preserved and renewed as living sanctuaries of worship, prayer, and Catholic community.

Through the faith, generosity, and dedicated service of the faithful, and in close collaboration with diocesan leadership, we seek to lovingly restore these sacred places and their patrimony, so they may continue to give glory to God and nourish the spiritual lives of future generations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to respond to the global patrimony crisis—especially where the faithful still gather for Mass—by connecting Catholics with dioceses worldwide to provide the financial and other essential resources for restoration.

In addition, we seek to restore sacred patrimony affected by a church closure by establishing dedicated warehouses where these holy objects can be restored and available for reintegration into historical sites with active communities

About Us

Founded in Houston, Texas, in 2020, Ave Maria Restoration is a 501(c)(3) non-profit devoted to serving the Church and supporting Catholic communities across the world.

We help dioceses and parishes renew their sacred spaces so that every Catholic community—no matter how small—can continue to worship, grow, and pass on the Faith.
